There are several organizations and courses in Montessori teacher training for different Durations (3 Months, 6 months and One year). But schools prefer trained teachers studied in minimum one year Diploma course in Montessori Teaching methods. (DMTT). Many gulf countries prefer 2 year diploma holders. So SRC should start a Two year Advanced Diploma which will familiarize all the practical activities for children from 3 years to 8 years old. The first year will contain the topics for the Pre-school level teaching and the second year will contain topics for the elementary level teaching of various subjects. (So it is possible to give a one year diploma certificate after completing the first year course and when completes the second year course they can be provided with the advanced Diploma Course. It includes the familiarization of other Pre-school education Methods like Kinder Garten, ECCE, EYFS etc. and the Advanced Montessori Method which focus on the elementary level activities. Other relevant topic for a child education teacher like the Health and Hygiene and Teaching of exceptional children inInclusive classrooms, School administration and curriculum planning etc.
